2. Compared with other coating steel products, the delivery time of aluminized silicon steel is not very stable! At present, there are 4 steel mills in China with production capacity, but only 1 has enough orders. It is still very difficult for the other three to organize bulk orders! Therefore the delivery time is not stable.

3. Currently, all steel mills in China only have Type 1 (T1) aluminized silicon steel plate, not T2 aluminized steel plate. It has better processing performance and chemical resistance, and its cost performance is far superior to T2. It can replace T2 in most projects.

4. During the procurement process, pay attention to the choice of grade: aluminized silicon steel is usually made of DX53/54D deep-drawing material, and DX51D is reduced, unless the customer explicitly notes; if it is used in pipeline insulation projects, the minimum coating is usually required as 240 grams. 

During the purchasing process, you must pay attention to this detail, because the price increase of it is high, and many companies have experienced being cheated! That is, the goods received is not 240-300 grams, but 80-120 grams...
